Join tables based on UserID

Looking for a way to join mysql tables: reputation and user. My goal is to display which users have given the most reputation while displaying the user name, not just the number.

Any ideas?

To mikeinjersey: Regular expressions are very powerful. You can search for "F|f" followed by zero or more " " followed by "U|u" ... and so on.
