So, in that case, at least to me, that is a push and neither the bookie nor the bettor wins.

It seems that would be no winning outcomes and money should be returned.

Open config file with wordpad
At the very top where you see <? add the code after that.
Save and re-upload config file.

If the tree doesn't exist, try creating it and puttng the file in there and see if it helps.
