I'm wondering how I can add a link to my navbar in vB 4.

I want it to appear next to my forum tab, and I want it to light up when I hover over it, and go back to normal when I move my mouse...

I'd prefer it is they would stand out more, better quality.

Because they look kinda fuzzy when I look at them.

hello, i am here to request a modification to be made for a certain reason

the reason is: one of my so called "friends" keeps sending mass amount of logins to my forums in order to totally crash...
