My registration verification emails are going into people's SPAM folder...

Is there a way to reduce the likelihood of this happening? They're coming from admin@mydomain.com.

Moving down the page header logo/title

I'm not too savy with code, but it was pretty easy to figure out out to center the header graphic. However, I want it to be moved down closer to the standard menu bar. Is there a way to close that...

Adding homepage to navbar

I can't seem to find the simple code to add my website's homepage to the navigation bar as the first option. forum is in .../forum and vbadvanced is my homepage. thanks!
