Would upgrading to a newer version of vBulletin...

Would upgrading to a newer version of vBulletin fix this issue or would that further complicate it without fixing the current issue first?

I went into phpmyadmin, but I am unsure of what to do in there and do not want to further complicate the site's current issue. If I upgrade the vBulletin software, will this fix the database issue...

Noone Can Log Into The Forum - Including The Owners!

Everyone can view the site, but no one can log in, not even administrators. As of last night, I could log into Cpanel, but now the site doesn't even pull up. I'm contacting the hosting company...

Rotating Banner System Not Showing

I installed the Rotating Banner System v. 2.3.1. It appears to be installed correctly; the Banner System section appears within the admincp. I have the banners 'enabled'. My issue is no banners...
