I currently use vB 3.7.2 and Openads 2.0.11-pr1. I simply put the Openads script in the Header, so it appears on every part of the forum.

I would like to do "regional" and forum specific banners...

Multiple cars in garage?

Using 3.5 version in 3.6.3. Everything seems to work OK, except can only get one car per user. When you select edit garage it only brings up the car you've added.
