It looks just like that... I have all options set to Yes for Administrator group. But cannot access.

All the other usergroups have the correct access according to their usergroup rights.

disabled it, and now my board is back to normal.

Oh ok, well what i did was decrease the auto refresh rate to about 7seconds and now the chatbox works way better. I also disabled inactive mode. I believe most of the functions are now working...
