ie: If someone goes -10 for example, can I set promotions to auto ban.. or does it have to be done manually?

Im after a bot, or trying to get a user to stay online and update my RSS feed on my forum constantly.

Also, if this "bot" was to edit the same thread, with the update, would be handy.
