If I typed www.google.com (http://www.google.com), how do I make it changed into "Google (http://www.google.com)"? And make this for all my other links as well?

I uploaded all the theme files in the /images...

I uploaded all the theme files in the /images folder and imported the XML. I get a blank page when I choose that skin from the userCP.
