+1 for this request.. Im using sidebar blocks to replace most of WGO but i didnt want to remove it permanently so loading it collapsed would be a plus under such circumstances..

Keep in mind that this is an old style built on vB4.0.0 Beta 1 I only ran this skin on a demo site for about 2 weeks And never really even got to determine if it worked on 4.0 gold, let alone later...
