Auto Move thread after x days

On my forum I have a VIP, Donators, and a regular member sections.

What I need is a mod that will auto move threads from VIP section to donators after x amount of days that the thread was posted....

I created a new skin that I want set to default for guest. I have extra links on this skin that I want only guest to see.
