Banner for forum title + visitor login

Hello,

I'm not sure if these two are available on 3.6.4. One is adding a banner under forum titles in the main page and the other is forcing visitors to login as visitor and giving them visitor...

Hello,

In vB classic style, there was a place for moderator names in the main page. But the new style does not include this. Is there a hack to show these names as before?!!
