I have this set up already as a temporary fix but I still prefer, like most, that admin CP be untouched by anyone except admin (and Global moderators).

Is there no other way? :)

I can't seem to find, anywhere in the world wide web, a modification to change the Mod CP slightly.

I need my moderators to be able to change the user groups of certain users.

Does anyone know...

Yes - at least it works for me.

I had it installed on version 7 but upgraded. Try uninstalling the product through admincp and upload it again. After uploading you will need to edit your options...

In the instructions (which could really be made a lot more simpler :)) you are asked to add some code to the Header. Which "header" template, I can't find it?...
