Database errors, and Config.php File..

In the config.php file, we're having trouble with the information with all the values that must be in place. One of our friends set it up, therefore we are having some trouble setting it back up...

Btw: we do not have http://mysite.com/forums/ before it.

I added the modification: IbProArcade; and inside it, it tells me to upload a file into the admincp.

Where is this file? There are so much files...
