Can't upload anything to the board...

I've installed many VB's, the latest one will not allow us to upload any pictures, avatars, sigpics, etc. Anything uploaded to the "vb" itself, not on the server.

All I want, is a little "space" in between the logo and navbar, and for the navbar to line up...
