Slight template problem after upgrade

Hey guys,

I recently upgraded from 4.1.5 to 4.1.9.
Now I have noticed an additional bar appear under each forum description.

This bar never used to be there and also has the words 'Last Post'...

When you click one of the links such as Sites Linking in, it opens the page in the same box.

I looked in the /includes/xml folder for any reference to the arcade files but there are none in there?!
