Sounds like in .htaccess in your root you're using some kind of Cache-Control setting to cache your site, if so remove it to see if that was the problem.

It might still be working but just not on my end - Anyway, I integrate mod_cloudflare and now we can see the real ip's and not Cf, but I'm still using yours.

The only reason I put it in additional.css is when I tried forumhome for what ever reason it wouldn't work for me.

Just add the style code to the bottom of additional.css with out the tags:...
