just which member has how many awards?

Number of Newest Groups to Display

In admincp I have set to display 9 newest social groups yet only 6 are being shown.
Running on 3.8.4 any recommendations how to solve this?

I was just wondering where I can change the time of display of thread/post moderation notice.
It only display for about 2.5 seconds, not enough to read the whole text.
