Error it's:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

if you put that in the config stops working

Hello my vBulletin 4.2.2 Patch Level 1 not working.

Installed and configured as 600 seconds, but allows registering about 40/60 seconds, which is what it take to complete the fields.
