Possible to Time-Out Logins?

Is it possible to impose a time limit for the number of minutes a member can be logged into a vBulletin board?

For example, say I want to set up a bulletin board with a paid subscription service....

I assume that members who type in Arabic will see their messages in Arabic, those that type in English will see English... in the message areas, that is.

Or does a page have to be...
