I got a problem with my vB forum...

Everytime I go to my site http://www.fatal-networks.net, it redirects to my forums. My forums url is http://forum.fatal-networks.net. How can I fix it to not redirect with the www. in front of it?

It does what I want, but there's the annoying more/less thing that contracts it. I just want it to show subforums w/o having to click more, etc.

How would I get the subforums of a forum listed as vertical menus instead of the default subforum display?
