I have found that by taking away the "?do=register" from the Address bar after clicking on register and accepting rules it then does work, but what will have caused this?

Hi all, my forum is www.eacruise.co.uk and the problem i have is that when a new member wants to register they accept the rules and then click on "register" and it then brings up and error 403...

When in admin panel and change a setting on the usergroups, it reverts to forum home page and setting does not apply itself, any idea's why?
