Is there any mod that allow users to create pages like in wiki ?

I need my community (or moderators) able to create pages like in wiki. Any mods available for this ? I don't want to run MediaWiki...

This add the CSS as inline, don't get the advantage of external file like caching. Now CSS need to downloaded to visitor every time they visit. Any other way to do this ?
