Removing Borders From Rows

I'm trying to remove the borders that separate Forum/Last Post/Threads/Posts, but I'm not sure how to accomplish this without removing other borders as well. I want to remove them from that...

It worked at 250, so I started backward in intervals of ten. Got it down to 210. Just ten pixels were messing it up.

Removing Bottom Border Of Table & Resizing

I'd like to remove the bottom border of a table (or cell), but keep the top, left and right. Is this possible? And if so, how would I do it for this particular table (see example in attachment).
