Help with header, & rounded corners

I know how to have the header span the entire length of the forum, but I do not want the background to do the same. Also, how would I go about inserting rounded corners, and moving the vBulletin...

Oh, one other thing.... How can I disable "show signature" by default? it shows up whether or not someone clicks the quick reply checkbox or not... For the life of me, I cannot remember.

Done! Managed to fix it, Not exactly sure what...

Done! Managed to fix it, Not exactly sure what the problem was, but just reverted back to original, then redid the quickreply hack again. All is well now :)
