When I make a picture link, how can I make it pop up on the same page?

When you visit my site, and you click the forums button on the right, you will be directed to the forums, but it adds a new page, and I want it to be in the same page where you clicked it, I don't...

Is there a "Myspace" kind of mod for vBulletin?

I want each user to have their own "space" when they go on their, or someone else's profile.
