how to limit the database?

i get the message from my hosting. i have a database current size of 165 MB and is near the limit of 200 MB. anyone can tell me how to limit or reduce the database?

back to the original question please......i install DNSBL/Open Proxy Monitoring and the Real ip detection.....it desn't help. is that they can block the proxy ip. now they still keeping register more...

they are crazy......they register more and more user per hours now. the moderation user list so large. i don't know which one is bad ip. i have no idea what can i do? plugin DNSBL/Open Proxy...
