I need to use a Newsgroup provider just to create new posts or reply to posts. However I'm in China right now and my provider doesn't offer this. I am not looking to download binaries or anything....

I've heard of an admin denial hack that basically gives a user error messages and loads the forum really really slow. I can't seem to find that hack now. Can someone help me locate it? Thanks.
