I had this weird idea. I want to install something on the forum that allows people to talk through their computers mic. Similar to a chat on the forum but instead of typing, we all speak....

The upload Speed from my computer is 10575 kbps But this happen every once in a while. I don't know why, maybe when it happens is because my connection speed is low and the upload speed decreases.
