problem plz any help

plz i want to know about the problem when users login to my forums

and after some time they not browse the site when they idle for 10 minutes or 5 minutes then begin to browse again appear site...

and when i try to send message in SB some time give me

ur shouts failed

and i loged out and login again and tried another browser . but still same problem...

as u told me sir in last post put my license key and activate it already and changed my email by paid id and i still canot see my self as activated user
