Can Google crawl profiles?

Had a user ask me if Google can crawl the account profile pages. We're still on 3.0.x.
Anybody know? Is there a particular robots.txt entry that would prevent that?

Where to I edit the rules text for new registrations?

I feel silly asking this, but I can't find in the AdminCP where you edit the text people see when they are signing up/registering. ... and can't find it in the help file either.
Seems like it should...
