Find duplicate users hack

There was such hack for vB2:
An external script that checks the vB database for users having the same IP or password.

Can anyone implement it for vB3?

I need a hack that will automatically lock threads that are older then X days (you can specify how many days).
This hack will prevent users (especially new users) to reply to "old threads" and bump...
