Does this hack still work for posters with search disabled? I want only certain users to be able to use the search (to save CPU), but I'd like for everyone to use this ideally.

I like the feature Site Point's Forum (http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/index.php?) has, where the Index page shows the last few threads you've seen and posted in.

I looked for it here, but can't...
