is there a way to speed up process of loading posts? Right now it takes few seconds before page loads and the last shout pops... it can be quite annoying if you set longer shouts history ;)

Hello team. How can I make user ranks to be style dependant? I want to keep it as simple as possible - if styleid=2 then pick gifs from XXX folder, else pick from YYY folder... How to achieve this?...
