SkimLimks Plugin for 4.2.2

I deleted skimlinks plugin from the forum the the past. Now wanted to use them again. However I can't see any plugin for vbulletin 4.2.2.

Some Templates Lost

I tried to change the layout and template for a forum page. Then template got changed and I don't see several of the default templates any more e.g. Default Forums Page Template, Default Channel Page...

SEO, Meta Tags

Vbulletin 5 seem to have the url rewrite feature, which is great for SEO.
However I dont see anything to control meta description for the main forum, threads itself.
Where to look for this?
