Ad a new field to $subscription - Much useful and requested

Much similar to the $subscription['active'], it would be very useful to have a $subscription['available']

Setting ['available'] on/off would make a recurring subscription active but NOT available...

Say you want to do a temporary/introductory/launching promotion like for instance:

First users who subscribe will have a lifetime discount!

Its not possible with current vb subscription...

It only works for tables with very few rows!

UPDATE: Removed the sort option and now works.
