I'd also like to know how to change the font and size of the subforums. I love this mod, and adding a font setting to the .xml / .css would be perfect. I'd attempt it, but I'd do more harm than good...

Looks really good, it's so different from traditional forums that I was a bit confused at first. Wasn't sure I was looking at a forum.
