Edit post title to include image

I would like to edit post titles to include an image but, cannot find anything that would allow me to do so.

Sometimes Reply to thread opens the Quick Reply box and other times it opens the actual reply to thread.

Any idea on how to fix?...

To anyone still trying to fix this problem you need to go into the StyleVar and change the Background for Postbit User.
I removed the Background image completely...i guess its up to what/how you...

Quick reply works and if I click Go Advanced that will work as well but, hitting Reply to Thread nothing happens.

Having problems with the gradient in the text box for posts and the user profiles.
If the post is long then gradient stops and shift to a lighter gray or disappears...is there a way to fix this...

Disabling it this time apparently worked and it...

Disabling it this time apparently worked and it did show up. Once I removed the define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); then it went back to not being shown.

Nope that didn't do it either.
