Odd bug: promoting user adds them to the 'permanently banned' list.

Hi guys, I just re-converted back to vBulletin from IP.Board 3.1.4 and noticed that whenever i promote someone, it adds them to the banned users page (view banned users in the admin cp) and lists...

Is it possible to have an image generated that shows live stats of your forums that updates in real time?

What is the best spam-prevention mod to use? I use CYB-Advanced Registration w. the question/answer but that doesn't seem to be working at all.....Any other suggestions? :)

I would use the latest possible version of vB 3.8 if you like 3.8 over vB4. You should be fine as far as security goes....if you're worried about security then use something like IPB3 or XenForo,...

Users can't have signature til X amount of posts?
