Some reason it's not letting me write the table through the phpmyadmin either. I get a error:

#1142 - CREATE command denied to user

But I have all admin access rights.

Any suggestions?

I tried my first YouTubeHD and had a thumbnail issue. It was because I had to create a folder called YouTubeHD in the site.com/videothumbnails/ folder and chmod it to 777.
