how can i make threads sticky

hi, i m using vb 3.6.8 and i just cant figure out, how to display sticky threads in a different section separated by a column or Horizontal line.

That is the normal behavior. You have openned...

That is the normal behavior. You have openned the category so the subforums are no longer shown as being under the category in the list. There is no option to change this.
