How can I enable Guests to Post?

I am having an e-Townhall Meeting this morning, and I want to enable guests to post. I have already configured in the forum and usergroup permission that unregistered/unlogged in users should post....

I just upgraded my forum...but users can't differentiate between read and unread texts because the usual bold font for unread threads aint there anymore. Please how do I make unread threads bold...

What is the solution to duplicate post error...

If I want to keep all my hooks after upgrading to 3.7.2. I have currently globally disabled hooks, but my forum is nothing without those.
Please help a needy admin:(

Turns out function delete_product was declared both on line 3180 on adminfunctions.php and line 21 on adminfunctions_plugin.php, but this line throws errors for vbulletin 3.5...
