Ad management Mod?

Does anyone know of a good ad management mod that lets you place ads in many different places such as the post bit -- I like to have an ad that displays below the sticky threads.

How do you take the site offline and put a message up like "We will be back online in 2 hours" so I (the admin) can make major layout changes and such.

I found a VB glitch . . .

so i converted from phpbb3 to VB and it was all fine! but then i noticed some of my threads wer missing..so i set my boards to show all threads forever....now wen somebody posts or posts a new topic...
