Include a file in a plugin

At some point one of my plugin , i need to include a file , how do i do that ?

The file name is test.php and it contain a simple hello world.The file is found in the forums directory in a folder...

Getting user password in plain text

I need to get user password in plaintext when they change there password.Then i will feed them to a hashing algo for a third party application . In profile.php which variable actually stores the user...
