Can I backup thru Flash FTP??

I know there are some backups like mysqldump and ssh and telnet.
But can I not just login thru FlashFTP and copy a folder of required info back onto my local pc? A folder that has all the necessary...

Embed a flash video...

I have a link to a Flash video that I want to embed in a post. It's about 10 minutes long.
I thought it was mpg, but they've apparantly converted it to flash. I right click and it says Adobe flash....

Ok, I got this going. I get the interface...but with any mp3 when I click the play button all I get is buffering.......it never plays..on any host/server.
Any ideas?
