Cant uoload games

I have uploaded my games to the server but can epload them to my board.
I have put them in the tar section but the games dont get uploaded when im trying to do that. What can the problem be?

I want to delete somethings like Newest games, Most Played Games and many other things.

New place on server

I have change the address to my forum from www.mydomain.com/portal to www.mydomain.com but now the picture and other stuff dont follow the new address.
Im sure its easy to fix but i dont know what...

New navbar or deleting things in navbar

I want to delete this: New Posts, Search and Quick Links. How do i do that? I was trying this earlier and the navbar disapper.

Maybe i can to a new navbar instead? How to i do that whit everything...
