Hey,
I've got two themes install on my forums with vbportal and I want them to be able to select one on the homepage.. I've seen a little drop down before but I can't seem to find this hack...

Is there a way you can simply stop anyone but me to mess with the forum permissions? (I'm a php coder, but its hard to understand vbulletin sometimes)
