How does a news scavenger work and how do you implement it? I see them frequently and it seems like a program grabs links and turns them into posts relevant to a forum.

I get two different skins showing depending on whether hypertext (http...) or www is used. I've checked the default settings and they are correct. Can you only have one custom skin loaded for users...
