I have tried <!--@vbbanners:0@--> in all the ad hook locations, none will show. I get this when adding to the header location. See attachment....

Showing the Menu bar under the Nav Bar while searching?

As you search forums the menu bar that's benath the tabs disappear when you search. Is there a way to keep that menu bar active while searching?

For the forums that you don't assign a icon to, how can you change the default? I tried just overwriting the default with a different image (images/statusicons) but it doesn't seem to be working.
