categories missing

I know this is something stupid that I am missing, but I can't find it anywhere. On my arcade, the categories do not show up. I have been through all the settings a couple of times, what am I missing?

I have a user that wants to be completely removed form my site.

What is the best way to do this?

He wants everything gone(username, pms, threads and posts).

We are still running vbulletin version 3.6.10 if that matters.

how do I remove a plugin? I want to use "farcasters", but I have already installed "event forum", I am running vb 3.6.8. Thanks for your help. nevermind, i'm an idiot!
